By accessing or using ApplyHound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ApplyHound is a job search management platform that aggregates job listings from third-party job boards, tracks your applications, and provides tools to organize your job search. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the availability of any specific job listing.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
ApplyHound offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use; (d) resell or redistribute access to the Service; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
The Service integrates with third-party services including job boards, Gmail, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings sourced from third parties or for the practices of third-party services.
When you connect your Gmail account, you grant ApplyHound read-only access to scan your emails for job-related signals. We do not store the full content of your emails. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your account settings.
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ApplyHound and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyHound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
